- What is a live fact?
- A value on your website, like a price or a phone number, that lives in Purlock instead of being typed into each page. Every page that shows it gets it from the same place, so changing it once changes it everywhere.
- What do I put on my page?
- The value, wrapped in a small tag with the fact's name, for example <span data-purlock="pro-price">$19/month</span>. Purlock gives you each tag ready to copy. Keep the value inside the tag: it's what visitors see if the script can't run.
- Does it work with my site builder?
- Yes, if you can add a script to your site's header and edit your page text. Shopify, Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and hand-built sites all can. React and Next.js sites get a version of the tag made for them.
- What if Purlock goes down?
- Your site keeps working. The script loads in the background, and every tag keeps the value written in your page, so visitors see that, or the last value their browser saw.
- How is this different from scheduled sales?
